Two men accused of murder will face the judge once again today.
Jermaine Harris and Eugene Rush are convicted of killing John Rizzo.
The shooting happened July 3rd, 2006 on Eldson Street.
In court last Thursday, Rush tried to withdraw his guilty plea.
The judge delayed sentencing because he believed Rush may have been pursuaded into pleading guilty.
Both men are scheduled to be sentenced today.
