Bizarre arrest in Wyoming Co.

In Wyoming County, police say they found an armed robbery suspect naked in a road on Wednesday morning.

Police say 43-year-old Adam Prentice tried to rob an Arrow Mart convenience store in the village of Castile around 6 a.m. Wednesday.  Police say that he claimed to have a gun, and tried to rip part of a cash register off the counter before fleeing.  Two Sheriff's Deputies then spotted Prentice completely naked in a roadway in Portageville shortly after the incident at the Arrow Mart.

Prentice has been charged with armed robbery and criminal mischief, and was taken to the Wyoming County jail.
