Celebrating Our 30th Anniversary!

Canal Days kicks off the weekend with a party in the village on Friday night, June 1st, with Food, Music and Fireworks!
Friday night festivities include entertainment by GAP MANGIONE and HIS BIG BAND,
a chicken BBQ and other food vendors, and of course, there will be Fireworks over the Erie Canal at 9:00 pm!
The winning artist will be on hand to sign our 30th Anniversary Commemorative Poster Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Shop on Saturday and Sunday at over 350 vendors, merchants and food vendors. The kids will enjoy our many children's activities throughout the festival!
Saturday afternoon there will be a ceremony held aboard the Colonial Belle on the Erie Canal
celebrating our 30th Anniversary with the accompaniment of the Fairport Fireman's Band - 2006 NYS Champions!
Sunday Afternoon we'll be closing out the festivities with a performance by Nik and the Nice Guys!

Handicapped accessible parking and shuttles for $1 per ride are provided at three locations: Minerva DeLand School, at the south end of Potter Place;
RTS Park & Ride lot, on Fairport Road at the Route 490 exit;
Eagle Vale Golf Club, Route 250, north of Whitney Road.
