Nguyen Indicted By Federal Grand Jury

The Greece woman charged in connection with the fatal shooting of two West Webster firefighters has been indicted on federal charges.

Dawn Nguyen, 24, is charged with making a false statement, firearms possession and selling/disposing firearms to a felon. Investigators say Nguyen provided the weapons used by William Spengler in the deadly shooting on Lake Road back on Christmas Eve. Nguyen is accused of lying during her purchase of Bushmaster semiautomatic rifle and a Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun from a Henrietta store.

Nguyen faces up to 30 years in prison.
