Police: Woman Drove Drunk With Child In Car, BAC Three Times Legal Limit

A Rochester woman is facing charges for driving drunk with a child in the car, and police say her blood-alcohol level was three times over the legal limit.

Police say Nancy Morris, 55, was driving drunk with a six-year-old child in her car when she hit a guardrail on the inner loop near Water Street Sunday afternoon. New York State Police found her at her home. She remains in the Monroe County Jail.
