Trent Egenlauf made the most of his 35 carries against Brockport, picking up 292 yards and three touchdowns as Spencerport grabbed a 42-28 win.
Spencerport's Jake O'Connell also tallied three touchdowns in the win for the Rangers (3-1).
On the other side, Devan Carter ran for 191 yards and three touchdowns in the loss for Brighton (1-3).
