The Rochester Rhinos are in the midst of their best start since 2006. The team holds a 3-0 record going into Saturday's home opener against Charlotte. A big reason for their success is the contributions given from striker Tom "Tam" McManus.
McManus hails from Glasgow, Scotland. His professional career began in 1997 with Hibernian of the Scottish Premier League. His career has taken him throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. He also spent the 2008-2009 season with the Colorado Rapids of the MLS. This season is his first with Rochester, and he says he already feels at home.
