Girls: East 69, Mendon 56

East High used a 20-4 run that stretched over the third and fourth quarters to bury Mendon in a 69-56 win on Main Street Friday night in the East High RAP Invitational.
Renetta Fordham led all scorers with 23 points for East (12-3). Rose Ayala added 19 points while Tyra Jones had 15 points and 12 rebounds.
Lauren D'Hont topped Mendon (11-3) with 20 points.
