(New York City)  Nike today unveiled a new uniform  look for several NCAA basketball teams including Syracuse.  The platinum gray color scheme is part of a universal look which will be worn by past NCAA basketball champions who had previously worn Nike uniforms when they won the titles.  Syracuse wore Nike gear in 2003 when Carmelo Anthony led the Orange to the title.  Syracuse officials stress this uniform will only be worn once, the February 22nd home game against South Florida.
