Assembly Democrats are expected to pass a two-year moratorium on hydrofracking Wednesday afternoon.
It is the second time in two years the chamber has sough to block the controversial drilling practice. The moratorium is expected to receive easy approval in the Assembly, but things could be different in the Senate where control is shared by Democrats and Republicans.
