The honors continue to roll in for the Hornell Red Raiders. Their 21-7 win over LeRoy gives Hornell their fourth straight sectional title and their 49th consecutive win, tying Cal-Mum for the longest winning streak in Section V history.

Hornell's senior running back Zach Bacon picked up the game's MVP award after scoring two touchdowns for the Red Raiders.

LeRoy scored the game's first points on a 5-yard run by Tom Kelso in the first quarter. The score remained 7-0 until the third quarter when Bacon barreled in from 15-yards out.

The Oaktan Knights fumbled on their next possession and Hornell capitalized with a 2-yard score by Luke Morgan. Bacon put the Raiders up 21-7 with a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Hornell will go for 50 straight wins on Sunday, November 11th when they take on Cleveland Hill of Section VI at noon from All High Stadium in Buffalo.
