The Pittsford Panthers will be a tough out in the AA-playoffs if they continue to play like they did Friday in a 33-0 win over Faiorport.
The game was played on the turf field at St. John Fisher. Pittsford fullback Glynn Molinich rushed for 151 yards on 24 carries while his battery-mate, Nick Barclay added two scores. The Panther defense suffocated Fairport's offense from start-to-finish. Ben Kroll and Nathan Fogal each picked off Fairport QB Kevin Vaughn.
With the win, Pittsford moves to 4-1. Fairport is now 2-3.
