Supreme Hannah scored 20 points, including four three pointers, as Eastridge cruised past Batavia 65-37 at East Irondequoit Middle School Friday night.
Shawmik Johnson added 15 points for the Lancers (9-7).
Jamesson Etienne had 12 points and 14 rebounds for the Blue Devils (9-5).
