The Lancers led by nine points after the first quarter, but HF-L dominated the middle part of the game and built a 55-48 lead with 1:15 left.
However, Eastridge scored the final seven points of regulation and even had a chance to win at the buzzer, but still forced overtime tied at 55.
HF-L outscored Eastridge 11-3 in the extra session to finally put the game away.
Emily Piacentini scored 31 to lead all players for Eastridge.
