Emily Carpenter of WhizBang! Web Solutions and Michael Krause, sales architect of Sales Sense Solutions joined us on News 8 at Sunrise on Monday.

They have teamed up to form Ambient Attention, which is holding an upcoming seminar to help businesses harness the power of social media.

Among other things, Katrina Irwin asked Emily and Michael how Facebook and Twitter can help your business (and where to start if it seems overwhelming to you). For more information, click on the video.
