With Election Day fast approaching (Nov. 4th), candidates' campaigns are hitting the airwaves- does 'negative campaigning' influence your vote:
for the candidate- 'negative' ads help to highlight the different stances on local policies between candidates (3.4%)
against the candidate- they should use their ads to tell me what they stand for, not to deride the other candidate (48.3%)
I don't pay attention at all- I don't give my vote based on commercials, I will decide based on a candidate's platforms (48.3%)
