Reported by: Meghan Backus Thursday, Jun 18, 2009 @07:20am EDT Three people are in the Genesee County Jail Friday morning after an Elba bank robbery and subsequent manhunt. 26-year-old Dennis Abrams, Jr., 25-year-old Demone Dillion and 24-year-old Michael Wells. All of them are from Buffalo. Police say the three robbed an M&T Bank in Elba around 10 a.m. Thursday. A manhunt followed when the suspects tried to get away in an SUV. They headed for the Batavia-Oakfield townline. Schools in Genesee County were locked down because of the manhunt. They caught two early on in the search, but took nearly five hours to find the third, Michael Wells.
