Reported by: WROC-TV Monday, Jun 1, 2009 @08:00pm EDT The woman who set up the meeting between then-Governor Eliot Spitzer and prostitute Ashley Dupre has been sentenced to one year on probation.
Temeka Lewis was caught on government tapes setting up the meeting between Dupre and a client then known as "Client Nine," which prosecutors later determined was the former governor. Lewis worked as a "hooker-booker" for the Emperors Club VIP escort service, and previously pled guilty to conspiracy charges when the service was brought down by the government. |
