Reported by: WROC-TV Monday, Jun 1, 2009 @04:30pm EDT An Ontario County man was arrested for allegedly striking two boys with a socket wrench breaker bar.
Police said 68-year-old David Hough of Honeoye was driving in the town of East Bloomfield when two boys allegedly shot their BB guns at his car. Hough got out of his car and allegedly hit both boys in the head with the socket wrench breaker bar. They were treated on scene by medics. Hough was charged with menacing and endangering the welfare of a child. The juveniles were charged with criminal mischief. |
