Reported by: WROC-TV Tuesday, May 26, 2009 @09:20am EDT An Allegany County man was killed when he lost control of his ATV trying to climb an embankment over the weekend.36-year-old Douglas Brown of Alfred Station was traveling east on an ATV, adjacent to a rail line, around 6 p.m. Saturday. According to state police, Brown tried to scale an earth embankment in the town of Almond, rolling his vehicle in the process. Brown was taken to a hospital in Hornell where he died from his injuries. |
