A Wyoming County man has been arrested on allegations he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old boy.

Prosecutors say 58-year-old James Peck of Silver Springs allegedly met the boy in a chat room in 2005. Authorities say Peck chatted with the boy in an AOL chat room and traveled to Irondequoit for the meet up.

The incident was not reported until last year.

Peck was arrested last Friday and charged with third-degree criminal sex act.
