Nydia Padilla-Rodriguez is a Healthy Hero!
The dance instructor, educator, and mentor has been recognized by the Greater Rochester Health Foundation for helping kids stay healthy.
For more than 20 years, she's taught at-risk youth about healthy lifestyles and being physically active.
