New York State lawmakers will be in Albany on Monday for yet another special session of the State Legislature.
Governor David Paterson says the state must slash spending to eliminate a $3.2 billion budget deficit.
Over the last few days, Paterson has threatened to cut pre-kindergarten and other education programs if lawmakers cannot agree on spending cuts. -
