The Medley Centre will take center stage Monday at the Auditorium Theatre.

Developers of the $260 million project in Irondequoit will be presenting their plans for a performing arts theater. The Medley Centre project also includes plans for retail shops, a movie theater and hotel.

The Rochester Broadway Theater League has already heard proposals from four other developers.

Monday's presentation was expected to be the last pitch, but it is unclear if the City of Rochester will make a formal pitch. Mayor Bob Duffy said last week he is interested in bringing the new theater to Midtown Plaza.
