Reported by: WROC-TV Tuesday, Nov 3, 2009 @04:30pm EST Raymond Clark was not in the courtroom as a brief hearing was held Tuesday in his murder case for the alleged killing of Yale graduate student Annie Le.
Clark's attorney asked for a delay in scheduling a probable cause hearing. Also, the judge in the case indicated he will rule by the end of the week on a motion filed by media organizations to unseal the arrest warrant and other documents in the case. Clark's next court date is scheduled for December 21st. He is charged with murder in connection with the strangulation death of Le, whose body was found stuffed into a wall of a Yale lab building on the day she was scheduled to be married. Le went through her undergraduate studies at the University of Rochester. |
