Bills fans have watched their team go 1 and 4. 

They just sat through one of the most lackluster games in team history.  A 6-3 loss to the doormat Cleveland Browns.

Now fans are going to the extreme to get heads to roll.

A group of frustrated fans created a website , calling for the firing of head coach Dick Jauron.  They're planning to put up a big billboard along the highway in Buffalo and are asking for donations online.

Out of 4 choices, more than 1,000 people picked their favorite.  The winner: "It's time to clean house, RALPH" with a check mark next to Jauron's first name.  Tom Modrak and John Guy who help pick the players are next in line.

Enough money's been raised to put the billboard up next week.  More money is needed to keep it there.
