It plans to to educate about the virus and to respond quickly to parents, students, employees and the general public.
All SUNY policies and procedures undertaken to prepare, educate, and respond to pandemic flu follow medical guidelines from The Centers for Disease Control, U.S. Department of Health and the New York State Department of Health. The data being collected by SUNY and shared with the New York State Department of Health will assist the state to provide consultation and rapid response when it is warranted.
