Reported by: Lauren MacDonough Tuesday, Oct 13, 2009 @01:43pm EDT T-Mobile and Microsoft are trying to get your data back.
If they can't here's $100 and a month of free internet on your phone. Remember last week, a server crashed and took names, numbers, pictures and appointments with it. Some Sidekicks are slowly remembering contacts and calendars. And some are not. So T-Mobile is sending a $100 gift card to those phones affected by the outage. That money can go toward your monthly phone bill or any other service T-Mobile offers. That's on top of a free month of data service. If you don't want to bank on T-Mobile recovering the information, you can try to get it back on your own. T-Mobile has a step-by-step instruction guide to getting your phone to remember your contacts. |
