There are a lot of good neighbors in Rochester, but none may be a better neighbor than the University of Rochester.

That's according to a new survey, which ranks the U of R #13 on a list of "Best Neighbor" colleges and universities.

The 25 schools made the list because of their positive impact on their urban communities, including "both commercial and residential activities, such as revitalization, cultural renewal, economics, community service, and development."

The University of Rochester is the largest employer in the region.
