Reported by: Lauren MacDonough Wednesday, Oct 7, 2009 @02:05pm EDT For this new show, Western New Yorkers may have a leg up over their Hollywood counterparts.
Fox is looking to make a name for 4 talented actors for the yet-to-be-named show. The call has been put out for 2 guys and 2 girls to star in a new Fox show pilot. It's centered around a group of working-class teenagers. The show's writer Mark Brazill grew up in Buffalo and the show is based on his formative years. To get a chance on the show, you've first got to audition. On the website, there are scenes to memorize. Record yourself reading your part of the dialogue while a friend stands off camera to read the other lines. Then cut it and send it online. You have to act fast; the deadline for submission is October 16th. |
