Opinion is split on exactly what Buffalo should do but everyone so far agrees that change is needed.

We asked who should be the Bills head coach next year.  Most said ex-Steelers coach Bill Cowher or another championship head coach that can be lured out of retirement.

Another suggestion - more creative play calling.
