The Leadership Learning Collaborative is a program dedicated to developing a set of unique learning experiences for leaders and coaches through the Rochester Region. It's a series of leadership courses that will improve the quality of Rochester's workforce. Rochester is home to the best small, medium and large companies to work for, and this program will help more and more companies get on the best company to work for lists, because better leaders mean happier workplace environments. The first offering for fall 2009 is the Leadership Coaching Course, which begins in October. This course focuses on understanding leadership roles and effective coaching approaches to help drive performance. Click here for more information or tweet them at @leadershiplearn. |
