Livingston County Sheriff's arrested a Springwater woman on charges of Rape in the third degree and Criminal Sexual Act in the third degree.
Police say April Crandall, 23, was arrested in connection with an investigation into allegations she engaged in sexual contact with a 15 year old male on three occasions in June and July of 2009.
Ms. Crandall was arraigned in the Town of North Dansville court and committed to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash.
Ms. Crandall will appear in the Town of Springwater Court at a later date for further proceedings. -
