A young man from Steuben County is under arrest for allegedly breaking into a Livingston County home and holding an underage drinking party there.

19-year-old Isaiah Bingham of Wayland is facing burglary and criminal mischief charges. Police said Bingham broke into a Dansville home in April and had an underage drinking party there. During the party, severe damage was caused to the home.

Bingham will be back in court in July to face those charges.
